What could Apple add to the Macbook? Well some believe that Apple will be adding the Thunderbolt I/O port the company launched with their refreshed

The new Macbook is also a likely candidate for the new Intel Sandy Bridge processors that the 2011 Macbook Pro’s are currently enjoying (although the Macbook will most likely be limited to lower-spec. dual-core i3 and i5 CPU’s).

The current Macbook that is almost completely out of stock was introduced back in 2010, the same year the current Macbook Air was introduced. At the time the Intel Core 2 Duo processors and NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics included with the 9 Macbook laptop weren’t too bad. However it’s 2011 and there are dozens of laptops in that 9 price range with the latest gen. Core i5 and i7 processors and higher-spec. graphics inside.
Apple is expected to launch a refreshed Macbook Air sometime next month, the new Macbook might launch then too. The two updated Macbook’s are anticipated to come with the new version of OS X,
