The X101 comes with the lightweight MeeGo operating system for netbooks, something no other Asus Eee PC netbook offers at the moment. Also the X101 is 9 at the entry-level something no other Asus netbook can boast about at this time.

Now this netbook with its low price of 9 will be great for those financially strapped but for those looking for a cheap computer they can upgrade the X101 might be able to accommodate you as well. The ease of upgradeability is questionable at this point because nobody has been able to give it a shot but if you can add RAM (2GB DDR3 max. supported) and a new 2.5-inch SSD (most SSD’s are in that form-factor) you should have a really nice netbook.
