The HP is priced to sell for 9.99 and the big Toshiba is 9.99.

Compared to the AMD A8-3520M processor inside the HP the Toshiba’s AMD E-300 processor is short two processing cores and threads and the chip is also clocked 0.3GHz slower. However as I said the processor inside the Toshiba is designed to conserve battery power more than anything while offering you a decent computing experience for everyday tasks, meanwhile the HP’s chip is designed to offer you a lot of performance.
If you want USB 3.0 get the HP
In respect to other hardware features the HP and Toshiba aren’t that different from one another except the HP has two USB 3.0 ports and the Toshiba has only USB 2.0 ports. Other than the USB 3.0 the HP and Toshiba trade blows and the HP only comes out looking marginally better. With USB 3.0 you can get external hard drives or memory sticks that support the technology and take advantage of up to 10x faster file transfer speeds over USB 2.0.
